Anger Management
Anger is a normal and often healthy human emotion. It can range from a mild irritation to feelings of intense rage. Often we can become overwhelmed by the multitude of our feelings, and anger is one that is particularly troublesome. When you don't know how to handle your anger, it can escalate and lead to unpleasant outbursts that disturb your home and work environments, and damage your health, self-esteem, and relationships.
Psychotherapy can help you manage anger that has gotten out of control. In addition to regular talk therapy, I facilitate a weekly men's anger group that has had very positive results in the lives of many people.
